You don’t have to already be an RBT to explore opportunities with Prime Focus.
We welcome motivated individuals who are interested in entering the field of ABA and developing the skills necessary to provide high-quality behavioral services.
Qualified candidates may receive training, guidance, and support as they work toward meeting the requirements to become a Registered Behavior Technician.
As you develop professionally, you will learn to implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) while supporting meaningful outcomes for children and families.
What You’ll Do as an RBT
Registered Behavior Technicians work directly with clients under the ongoing supervision of a BCBA.
As a member of the Prime Focus team, you may:
Provide individualized, one-to-one ABA services
Teach communication, self-advocacy, social, adaptive, and daily living skills
Implement individualized behavior support and skill-acquisition programs
Collect accurate clinical data and document client progress
Use evidence-based teaching and reinforcement strategies
Support clients across home, school, and community environments
Promote independence and meaningful participation in everyday activities
Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development
Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other members of the client’s care team
